REFUND POLICY

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on orders that have been used/opened due to hygiene reasons.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your full name and order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

Any item that is returned more than 40 days after delivery will not be refunded. Any shipping fees associated with the return or order will not be reimbursed.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Cash refunds of the amount paid are   ONLY  applicable if the device from the order is   damaged upon receiving it   OR defective  within the first 7 days. When you email us at Contact@weloveinnov.info in regards to a refund, please submit video evidence so our friendly team can both see and understand the issue. Your email will be replied to within 24 hours either approving or rejecting your request. If your refund is approved, you must ship the item back to us and the moment it is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will issue you a full refund to the payment method used.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Usually it is between 5-10 days.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We   ONLY  replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Contact@weloveinnov.info We get back to you in 24 hours and will then provide instructions to proceed forward with the possible exchange.

Shipping 
To return your product, you should e-mail us first and we will then provide return instructions.
YOU  will be responsible for   PAYING for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancelling

Any request to cancel an order anytime after being placed, will get denied. 

Why? Orders begin to be processed the moment they are received, through a back end automated system. A certain amount of money goes into the immediate creation of every single order through the automated system hence orders will NOT be cancelled for that reason because we are then stuck with the loss of having paid to create an order that will no longer be purchased.
