We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and China. Please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
As a small company, we do not have a packaging center yet, but we are working hard on expanding. Our products are sent to our packaging partner in Asia, which redistributes your packages around the world. We would like to thank our customers for their patience and understanding.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Contact@weloveinnov.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Check our return policy here
